The LMN leadership programme develops the next generation of leaders.

Our cohort of trainees will receive world-class training and development, real world political opportunities and experience, and the confidence to lead in their local and national Labour Party.

We are bringing together and building the next generation of Muslim leaders in this country and facilitating a network to work together. We hope to develop and empower a new generation to become leaders at a local and national level.

The Labour Muslim Network invites you on a development journey like no other - one that includes world-class training in a welcoming and inclusive environment, the promise of unique personal and spiritual growth and the opening of doors to social and political opportunities.

Our leadership programme will provide you with essential skills in the context of faith, representation and public service.

What you will walk away with...

1. Access to a world-class, professional training and development program. Our modules include professional media training, public speaking, speechwriting and how to be a good organiser.

2. Our cohort will be inducted into a network of committed and driven Muslim activists from across the UK. You will have opportunities to collaborate, network and grow together.

3. You will be given exclusive access to some of the world's leading progressive political figures. From members of the UK Parliament, to United States Senators, you will be connected to the world at large.

4. All members of our cohort will get 1 on 1 mentoring opportunities. Helping meet your personal and professional goals with personalised support.

5. A safe and open environment for Muslims members to develop and grow, both as political leaders and individual activists.

Eligibility Criteria

Participants must be above 18 years old.
Participants must be UK residents.
You must self-identify as Muslim.
All participants must be supporters and/or members of the Labour Party.
This course runs over a 9 month period and participants will be expected to engage throughout that entire period.
A one time fee of £149 applies for all participants before the beginning of the course and covers all your training, development and residential costs (scholarships are available for those who may struggle with the cost, so please don't let finances impact your application).
